For program license agreements that apply to programs announced prior to May 1, 1999, please contact your local IBM office or business partner. These documents are for your reference and display. They are typically integrated into the software using IBM software in paper form, on a CD, or as an electronic copy for acceptance prior to installation or initial use of the software. This website contains IBM License Information (LI), which contains additional information and terms for a program that apply to certain software advertised or released after May 1999. The programs listed in the LI are licensed under these LI Terms in addition to the terms of the program license agreement previously agreed between Customer and IBM. If Customer has not previously accepted the license terms applicable to the Program, the International Program License Agreement or the International Program License Agreement for Programs without Warranty will apply, as set forth in the LI. . . . .
