A Signed Agreement for Wifi Service Is an Express Written Contract
The parties will act exclusively as independent contractors. Social WiFi materials are protected by copyright, trade dress, patents, trade secrets and trademark laws, international conventions and treaties and all other relevant intellectual property and property laws. Social WiFi, its affiliates and licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to this Social WiFi Platform, Social WiFi materials, Social WiFi trade names and trademarks, and any part or element.
